We only collect the information you enter in the inquiry form: your name, work email address, company, role, scientific area, the type of support required, your description of the scientific challenge, and your consent to this policy. We also record the date and time of the submission.

We do not use advertising trackers or sell personal information.

Why we use it

Your details are used solely to assess your inquiry, decide whether BioEvidex is a suitable fit, and reply to arrange a discovery call. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.

How it is stored

Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database. They cannot be read from the public website; only authorised BioEvidex personnel can access them. Inquiries are kept only as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of the correspondence, and are deleted on request.

Confidentiality

Scientific information you share is treated as confidential and is not shared with third parties without your agreement. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal, patient or regulated data through the form.

Your rights

You can ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. To do so, email Bioevidex@gmail.com or submit a request through the inquiry form and state what you would like changed or removed.
